Water Therapy

Did you know that your body weight is approximately 60 percent water? Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Every cell in your body needs water from head to toe. That is why it is so important to drink enough fluid. Take for example, brain consists of 90% of water, if you do not supply enough water to your body, your brain cannot function well, and you will get headache or migraine. Hence, next time, if you feel fatigue and headache, it may be the sign of dehydration.
Water itself has so many benefits, especially for our health. Here are some water therapy you may apply to keep your body healthy.
1. As you wake up in the morning, even before brushing your teeth, drink 4-6 glasses of water each of 160 ml
2. Brush and clean the mouth but don't eat or drink anything for 45 minutes.
3. After 45 minutes, you may eat and drink as normal
4. Up to 15 minutes after breakfast, lunch and dinner, don't eat or drink anything.
